Production Worker - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

The role's purpose is to operate and monitor production equipment for label material manufacturing while maintaining high quality standards. Main tasks include operating and maintaining various machines and systems, preparing roll materials for further processing, independently setting and controlling process parameters, recording finished materials in the inventory system, conducting quality control, and initiating corrective actions for deviations. Qualifications preferred include completed vocational training in industry or crafts, or experience as a career switcher in production. Willingness to work in a 4-shift system, strong team orientation, reliability, basic PC and English skills are advantageous. Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
