Contract Renewal Specialist - Nexthink - Remote - Global

Join our Global Sales Operations team at Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience. Based in our Madrid office, this unique opportunity involves managing and facilitating the renewal process for contracts and subscriptions between Nexthink and its Partners and clients. Your primary focus will be on retaining and increasing subscription revenue in existing customer accounts. The role is Madrid Office based, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, negotiating renewal terms, ensuring timely paperwork, maintaining client communication, building relationships for customer retention, analyzing customer data, negotiating terms, maintaining accurate records, working with sales and support teams, forecasting renewal metrics, and educating clients on the value of renewal. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. Requires 3+ years experience in a similar role, strong negotiation skills, SaaS experience preferred, highly organized, proactive, and resourceful. Salesforce experience is a plus.
