Job Description
Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys leading people and motivating a team? We are seeking an experienced retail professional for the position of department store manager at Biltema Lahti. As our current department store manager transitions to new roles within the company, we need a new leader to guide our operations towards our goals. As a department store manager, you will independently and profitably oversee the daily operations of the store in accordance with Biltema's concept. Your core responsibilities include customer satisfaction, sales growth, and excellent results. You will build your own team by actively participating in recruitment and be responsible for staff well-being, skill development, and fostering an inspiring work environment. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example in sales and customer service. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or solid management experience. - Initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to achieve results under pressure. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - Positive attitude and flexibility. - Willingness to work all shifts in the department store, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Proficiency in Finnish, with skills in English and Swedish considered an advantage.
