AI Adoption Mentor — Embedded Engineering - Unikie Oy - Remote - Global

Unikie is looking for an AI Adoption Mentor to support our embedded software team in Tampere. The role involves assessing current AI usage, identifying practical use cases, mentoring engineers in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar, supporting AI-assisted coding, debugging, documentation, code review, and unit test ideation. The candidate will act as a technical advisor, improve AI adoption practices, and collaborate closely with customer teams. Requirements include strong embedded C/C++ skills, practical AI experience, mentoring ability, and fluent English. Nice to have: experience as a lead or architect, domain experience in industrial, automotive, robotics, telecom, or autonomous systems, and Finnish language skills.
