The Intern role is aimed at supporting projects and initiatives with clients, providing support in research and analysis as needed. The focus is on execution and delivery to both internal and external clients, generally under supervision and with team guidance. The position is mainly office-based or remote. Interns will work alongside Korn Ferry consultants, gaining insight into our culture, methodology, tools, and services. While not directly responsible for business development, there may be opportunities to support these initiatives through research, coordination, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality work, applying procedures under guidance, conducting secondary research, analyzing data, preparing reports, supporting basic client investigations, working collaboratively within sales and project teams, sharing transactional information, responding to data or report inquiries, contributing comments or basic analysis, participating in training, and developing knowledge of Korn Ferry processes and client understanding.
