Cleaning Production Planning is now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PLANNER for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The position is full-time, permanent, and based at our headquarters in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. The Cleaning Production Planning team is part of the Operations Performance department, under the cleaning product and performance unit. Our team focuses on development and improvement through new systems and the integration of artificial intelligence to support planning. The 13-member production planning team is responsible for nationwide planning of cleaning workload changes. The Production Planner is responsible for creating productive and profitable plans. Each planner has their own area of responsibility, which includes contract change calculations using various applications, site visits, and collaboration with clients and different units. The planner is also responsible for developing their own area, work, and work methods. Key qualities for this role include sociability, openness, accuracy, systematic approach, and problem-solving skills. Good time management, independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely in a team are essential. You should have an eye for detail and the big picture. In a fast-paced environment, you can handle challenging situations and work under tight deadlines. You can express yourself fluently and clearly both in writing and verbally in Finnish and good English. The role requires planning experience or a good understanding of cleaning service delivery, at least a university of applied sciences (AMK) level education, resilience under pressure, excellent Excel skills, and willingness to travel within Finland for client visits and team meetings. A B-class driving license and access to a car are required. Experience with various systems, mathematical thinking, analytical working style, and experience in the cleaning industry are advantageous. There is room to grow into a professional in cleaning production planning. Remote work is possible as circumstances allow, but weekly presence at the office is expected.
