We are looking for a skilled production worker in Western Uusimaa. Location: Tammisaari Employment: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment Salary: According to the collective agreement of the technology industry, depending on experience and skills We are seeking a production worker for an established domestic metal industry company in Tammisaari. The company operates in a modern factory environment and manufactures metal products in highly automated production. The products are mainly made from recycled steel, and modern manufacturing methods are used in the production process. What does the work involve? You will work in a factory environment as part of a production team, where cooperation and safe working are central. This is a long-term position, with employees thoroughly familiarized with their tasks. Your daily tasks include handling parts, monitoring the production process, and inspecting the quality of finished products. The work is physical production work in a metal industry environment and requires attention to detail and willingness to learn new work steps. The work is from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week at the Tammisaari factory, with shift work readiness. What do we expect from you? Previous experience in an industrial or production environment Finnish or Swedish language skills Ability to follow work instructions and operate in a production environment Careful and responsible work attitude Eagerness to learn new skills Readiness for shift work Additionally, experience in metal industry production work is considered an advantage.
