Property Maintenance Worker Invited to Work in Päijät-Häme Region - Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj - Lahti, Finland

We are looking for a property maintenance worker to perform a variety of property maintenance tasks. You will work in both commercial and residential properties, with tasks varying between indoor and outdoor work. The main focus is indoor property maintenance, including upkeep, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Outdoor tasks depend on the season and may include snow removal, anti-slip measures, lawn mowing, trash rounds, and flagging. The job offers diverse daily tasks, so flexibility and good customer service attitude are desired. Previous experience in property maintenance and driving skills are an advantage. Customer-oriented approach, flexibility, and ability to work independently are required. Readiness for on-call shifts and a B-class driving license are necessary.
