Esperi Hoivakoti Oula offers round-the-clock care for the elderly in a lush environment close to local services. The facility has 32 resident places and promotes active living, encouraging residents to participate in daily activities. The staff work with heart to create a homely atmosphere. As a nurse, your responsibilities include comprehensive care and customer service, assisting residents with daily tasks, planning and participating in care, and engaging in activity programs. You may also participate in medication administration if qualified. We provide thorough orientation and support from colleagues. The work is based on a framework agreement with flexible hours, mainly two-shift work, with shifts scheduled via a mobile app. The salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement, with a base pay of €14.82-€16.03 per hour depending on experience. We seek qualified nurses or practical nurses with good Finnish skills (minimum B1), vaccination and hygiene pass, and preferably valid medication rights. We value a positive, proactive attitude and experience with elderly care. Rikosrekisterilain mukainen rikosrekisteriotteen is required.
