Job Description
Are you interested in working in sales to secure the future of our corporate customers? At our company, you will have the opportunity to sell insurance solutions that small and medium-sized businesses need to feel secure and achieve their goals. We are strengthening our sales capacity in the SMB market by expanding our team in Bergen. We are looking for someone who is result-oriented, has a strong internal drive, and meets customers and colleagues with engagement and warmth. As a advisor, you will work with outbound sales over the phone to new and existing customers in the corporate market. You will ensure that customers have the right coverage through effective and precise needs assessment, making them feel secure daily. You will proactively contact new and existing customers to book and hold meetings to assess their needs. With this insight, you will ensure customers have the right insurance in place and remove unnecessary coverage. We work data-driven and strategically to supply the sales department with quality leads so you can focus on providing customers with security and valuable solutions. You also have experience from sales and advising, ability to handle high pace and many balls in the air, good computer skills, interest in learning new systems, good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written, and at least completed secondary education with a full diploma.
