Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and innovative mechanical engineer to join our product development team in Sundsvall. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems that drive our product innovation forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into market-ready solutions, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your tasks include designing and developing mechanical parts using CAD software, conducting technical analyses and simulations (FEA, stress analysis, thermal modeling), collaborating with product managers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing teams, analyzing and solving complex technical problems, preparing detailed technical documentation, participating in design reviews, evaluating manufacturing processes and materials, supporting prototype development, testing, and validation, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Goda kunskaper i mekanisk CAD-programvara (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD eller motsvarande)
- Gedigen kunskap om produktutvecklingscykeln och principer för teknisk konstruktion
- Erfarenhet av tekniska analysverktyg och simuleringsprogram (FEA, CFD eller liknande)
- Gedigen förståelse för tillverkningsprocesser, materialvetenskap och materialval
- Utmärkta analytiska och problemlösande färdigheter med stor uppmärksamhet på detaljer
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i tvärfunktionella team
- Goda skriftliga och muntliga kommunikationsfärdigheter på engelska
- Dokumenterad förmåga att hantera flera projekt och uppfylla deadlines på ett effektivt sätt
