Join us in creating your life story together. We are looking for a Service Manager for Vaasa Validia House. Hello nurse! Are you interested in developing your skills in disability services and taking on responsible tasks? As a Service Manager, you have a great opportunity to gain work experience in supervisory roles alongside an experienced unit manager. We are now seeking a Service Manager for a fixed-term employment until March 24, 2027. In this role, you will support the unit manager, be responsible for the smooth operational activities of nursing work, and act as a supervisor for support service workers. Your tasks include administrative duties, organizing daily operations of the unit, and nursing duties. Your work time will be divided equally between administrative tasks and customer work. You will work closely with clients, staff, and various networks. If necessary, you will substitute for the unit manager. You have a nursing degree and experience in residential services/home care and disability work. Leadership training and experience, as well as Swedish language skills, are considered an advantage. You prioritize the best interests of employees and clients and are genuinely present in both customer and supervisory work. You are a listening and communicative team player with the courage to address issues. Vaasa Validia House includes two service points, Vaasa and Palosaari, where individuals with disabilities, neurological diseases, or injuries live.
