As a Senior Director Sales Manager, you will be a senior, highly visible leader responsible for shaping our growth strategy in Canada, influencing complex deals, and expanding our market presence across priority accounts. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and new business pursuits, lead complex, multi-tower opportunities from origination through close, and partner with regional leadership, delivery, solution, and alliance teams to build pipeline and shape priority wins. Your responsibilities include managing a team of 20 Business Development Managers, maintaining pipeline forecasting, and strengthening market presence through industry engagement.
