Security Guard, Events (Music Festivals and Sports Events) - X-SEC GROUP OY - Turku, Finland

We are looking for professional security guards to join our team for the largest event assignments of summer 2026 across Finland. The work is available at several well-known festivals, public events, and sports events. The employment is on an ETK basis (called to work as needed), and work will start as early as July. You will work as a security guard at various event and festival locations, responsible for maintaining safety and order. Tasks vary widely depending on the event, and we are happy to provide more details! We expect from you: A valid security guard card and a proactive attitude. Good communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to remain calm in busy situations. You work responsibly, proactively, and customer-oriented with a #GoodMoodSecurityServices attitude. Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage but not mandatory.
