Cafe worker in Tampere city center. We are looking for a cheerful and customer-oriented cafe worker for our client in the heart of Tampere! If the daily life of a cafe, good coffee, and satisfied customers are familiar to you, this job might be just right for you. The work begins in September, possibly already in August. In your role, you will perform a variety of cafe tasks – from preparing and selling products to customer service. Shifts are in the morning, daytime, and evening, on weekdays and weekends, so we hope for a flexible attitude and readiness for different shifts. If you have a background as a cook, that is considered a big plus! The job may also include kitchen duties from time to time. This position is suitable for someone with a few years of experience in cafe work and a good basic understanding of cafe products and sales. We are primarily looking for a personality – someone who dares to engage, serves with charisma, and ensures customers leave with a smile. We appreciate specialty coffee knowledge, willingness to commit to the workplace and build good team spirit, cheerful and energetic attitude, motivation to learn and internalize new tasks.
