Ur&Penn is a Swedish watch and fashion chain founded in 1943 by H&M founder Erling Persson, with over 120 stores. Our business idea and success concept is to transform the conservative watch industry by producing, designing, and marketing our own high-quality watch brands at the best prices. We have challenged the Finnish market since 2011. As a sales assistant at Ur&Penn, you work independently with active sales. The work is shift-based, scheduled for all days of the week, with morning and evening shifts. As an assistant to the store manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of the store together with the store manager and ensure the store is presentable and aligned with the concept. You take the lead in the store when the store manager is absent and cover for them during vacations. Your tasks include customer service, store appearance and stock, simple watch maintenance, cash register work, ear piercing, upselling, display, restocking, and store operation during the manager’s absence. We are looking for someone passionate about sales and customer service, eager to work with watches and jewelry, a team player with a winning attitude, proactive, flexible, and responsible.
