Job Description
Take the lead as Senior Demand and Supply Planner in a global planning environment. You will lead demand and supply planning for the Boiler Business, working across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to balance capacity, cost, and delivery performance. Your tasks include preparing manufacturing demand forecasts, creating sales schedules, assessing manufacturability, building production scenarios, and analyzing risks to optimize delivery plans. The role requires experience in manufacturing, planning, project management, or cost estimation related to boiler pressure parts, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel or Power BI. You will support sales phase planning, understand capacity and resource planning, and communicate effectively in English.
