Job Description

We are looking for a person to act as a PROCESS ANALYST at the Cavese Biguaçu branch, Scania dealership. MAIN CHALLENGES: - Analyze reports of inventory items, obsolete, excesses, inventory volume and register purging of promoted or problematic items, inventory adjustments; - Update and develop KPIs for the Supply area; - Monitor action plans and improvements per branch, solving logistical problems related to the delivery speed of items and operational issues; - Participate in the parts inventory of stock, all branches; - Register and update price tables in the system; - Implement governance and control of the services area; - Provide manuals and conduct training and guidance for managers and team; - Manage the parts exchange system; - Order lubricants and workshop consumption items, reports and management; - Update reports for Accounting, regarding the compilation of mechanics' hours, perform warranty labor calculations and evaluation of margins for parts and services in general.
