We are looking for a welder for our client in Espoo. We are seeking a motivated and skilled welder for a permanent day shift position. The work involves handling structural steel, with material thicknesses ranging from 5 to 20 mm. Success in this role requires solid MAG welding skills and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work on more demanding structures. The work is primarily during day shifts, but we also expect flexibility for 2-shift work if needed. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in MAG welding - Proficient in welding structural steel (5–20 mm) - Ability to read technical drawings - Precise and careful work approach - Good physical condition and desire to produce quality craftsmanship - Independent work style and ability to work as part of a team Additional advantage if holding valid welding certifications.
