Construction Supervisor - CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy - Mäntsälä, Finland

We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR to work on an industrial investment project in Mäntsälä. The work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, with an estimated duration of about 12 months. Responsibilities: - Monitoring the quality, progress, and safety of construction, structural, and architectural work - Coordinating contractor work and daily cooperation on site - Participating in inspections, reviews, and quality assurance - Documenting work phases, deviations, and open issues - Monitoring schedule and work progress - Collaborating with design, contractors, supervisors, and other project organization members - Reporting to the client’s project management Requirements: - Relevant construction industry education, such as construction engineer, construction foreman, or equivalent - Experience in supervising construction technical work or site management - Experience in large construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects - Good understanding of quality assurance, site processes, and safety requirements - Good English language skills; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage - Good reporting and documentation skills CMS arranges accommodation and travel arrangements upon agreement.
