Responsibilities
- Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviews
- Prepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish standards
- Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination process
- Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate and review the structural design and deliverables towards local Finnish client and contractor demands
- Take responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverables
- Proactively communicate to resolve issues
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Over 10 years of experience in structural design
- Proficient with RFEM, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD
- At least 3 years working on Nordic projects
