Join Our Team! The opportunity We are now looking for a Sales Specialist at Hitachi Energy, Grid Integration business in Vaasa, Tampere or Helsinki. You will take part of an exciting journey with interesting challenges and opportunities along the way. Right now, there is a big transition in the energy landscape where technology and climate change are big drivers. At the same time Hitachi Energy is transforming with the market and driving new business model. Our clients are based in Finland but also abroad, giving diverse tasks but also a need to be able to understand how we deliver value to a wide range of clients and segments. Depending on your background, we will provide training and support to help you grow into this role. The person currently having this role will take over new challenges inside Hitachi Energy, so the “mentor” is nearby to support the new employee. How you'll make an impact You can lead large sales opportunities and Capture Teams supported by Global team of professionals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining consistent and long-lasting relationships throughout the business and with our customers in Nordics. Implement the Global strategy in the Nordics and ensure business development and sales growth in the market. Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage, channel penetration, as well as key growth segments (Utilities, Industry, Data centers, Transport and Renewables). Customer engagement in Nordics. Implement customer-focused collaboration, raise awareness and ensure appropriate action towards market opportunities in conjunction with the Global, Regional Marketing & Sales function and the Group Account Management organization. Your background You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and create tight long-lasting relationships. You preferably hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar. Experience from key customer segments, e.g., Data centers, Industry, Transport or Renewables is a plus. Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results. You are organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes.
