We are looking for a CNC machinist for our client Holetec Industrial for a long-term position in Orivesi. The role is suitable for someone with some experience in CNC machining and an interest in working with large industrial components. Work will start immediately once a suitable candidate is found. Job description: In this role, you will machine large and demanding parts using CNC machines with Heidenhain controls. The products are mainly heavy industry components, such as side plates for crushers. This is not a traditional mass production environment; the production batches are mostly small. The weight of the parts varies from about 100 kilograms to several tons. Lifting equipment is used in the work, so heavy parts are not handled manually. Success in this role is supported by: - CNC machining education or work experience - Experience with numerically controlled machine tools - About two years of machining experience - Experience with Heidenhain controls is considered an advantage - Experience with overhead cranes is considered an advantage Work is performed in two shifts: - Morning shift 6:00–14:00 - Evening shift 14:00–22:00 Evening shifts are often four days a week (Mon–Thu).
