StaffMill Oy is seeking a skilled excavator driver for a client for full-time and fixed-term employment in Tampere for the summer season of 2026. You will operate the excavator, responsible for controlling the machine and efficient use on the construction site. Your tasks include interpreting earthworks plans and independently operating machine control systems and measuring devices. Additionally, you will handle daily maintenance of the excavator and ensure smooth workflow through proactive work and close collaboration with the rest of the team. The work sites focus on drainage projects and building foundations. What we expect from you: - Proficiency in Finnish - Valid occupational safety card - B driving license (C license is a plus) - Ability to operate machine control systems (3D) and measuring devices - Excavator operation and maintenance skills Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in earthworks - Relevant education for the field For more information about the position, contact recruitment consultant Lauri at 044 323 7006.
