Service Management (ITSM) Consultant - Matrix42 - Remote - Global

We are now looking for a self-driven Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our Swedish team! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing IT or Enterprise Service Management solutions, with both technical and process consultancy experience. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Matrix42 Professional IT and Enterprise Service Management solutions for our Swedish and Scandinavian customers. You should have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and ITIL practices, with 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or administration of Service Management software such as Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, or similar. You must be a native Swedish speaker fluent in English, with Finnish appreciated but not mandatory.
