Your role: As a salesperson, you play an important role in the store and in creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers. You will work purposefully with our exciting products, and it is important that we always present a well-maintained and tidy store. Friendly and pleasant customer service and routine tasks are part of everyday life. NORMAL stores are exciting places full of interesting products and customers. Your workday is fast-paced, and it is important that you enjoy a hectic, inspiring, and humorous environment. Responsibilities: - Prioritize customers so they always feel welcome and want to return - Ensure the store maintains a high standard, with cleanliness and exciting displays - Customer service and shelf replenishment - Opening and closing the store - Serving at the cash register. Requirements: - Experience in retail and a busy work environment - Interested in store operations, business-minded, and customer-focused - Work independently and efficiently - Customer service in Finnish (B1 level), but also English/Swedish skills are appreciated - Hardworking and detail-oriented, eager to create great displays - A team player contributing to a good working atmosphere - Service in Finnish (B1), additional languages appreciated.
