Project Specialist, R&D Projects - Turun ammattikorkeakoulu Oy - Turku, Finland

We are seeking an independent and versatile project specialist for a two-year employment contract. Turku University of Applied Sciences' Project Office provides diverse administrative services for research and development projects. In addition to administrative tasks, project specialists act as funding experts across all of Turku UAS's research, development, and innovation (RDI) projects. As a project specialist in the Project Office, your work will be diverse: - Typically, you will serve as an administrative project manager for multidisciplinary RDI projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with funding program requirements and smooth project management practices, and ensuring projects are executed with quality and on schedule. - You will be part of our Post-award team, participating in the continuous development of our processes and practices. - You will support and guide our research groups' experts in practical tasks related to ongoing projects. - You will ensure that various research prerequisites are managed, such as data management, data archiving, research security, and procurement procedures, with support from subject matter experts. - You will participate in the preparation of new projects as needed. - The work may include travel and international assignments.
