Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef for our client. As a Head Chef, you ensure that customers have access to food products that meet the agreed requirements and their preferences. In your role, you are responsible for planning and executing high-quality food offerings for customers. You will also oversee efficient management of kitchen ingredients with a focus on cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste. Your workday also includes varying tasks such as placing orders for supplies, unloading deliveries, and cleaning. The position requires good pressure tolerance and customer-oriented service. You will succeed in this role when you have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in changing situations. You have experience in leading the kitchen efficiently and with high quality. Your responsibilities also include preparing hotel breakfast, buffet meals, and à la carte dishes. In addition, you will be part of a team focused on quality and efficiency. The employment relationship begins immediately upon finding a suitable candidate, or according to agreement.
