Job Description
Aalto University is seeking a Travel Secretary for the University Services unit. The role involves handling travel arrangements, advising staff and guests on travel-related matters, managing travel and expense reports, and ensuring smooth, safe, and cost-effective travel processes. The position combines customer service, travel planning, and administrative tasks, requiring experience in travel management, excellent Finnish and English skills, strong IT skills, and customer service expertise. The work is based at Otaniemi campus, Espoo, with a hybrid work model. The salary is approximately 2900–3200 €/month, and the position is permanent.
