Senior Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Semiconductor & Electronics Technology, is looking for a Senior Recruiter (12-month contract) to be based in Laguna, Manila, working onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, be a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Responsibilities include owning the recruitment lifecycle for key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing and diversity, developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, utilizing sourcing tools, and providing market and salary information. Extensive experience in a similar field, experience in hiring for blue and white-collar roles in the Philippines, excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog, IT literacy, data interpretation skills, sourcing methodology development, and ability to work in ambiguity are required. The role involves a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in Laguna and 2 days WFH. The contract is 12 months, payrolled by CXC Global.
