The hospital pharmacy at Seinäjoki Central Hospital provides high-quality and safe pharmaceutical and clinical pharmacy services to customers in a cost-effective manner, considering patient safety. Our customers are units within the South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County. The hospital pharmacy employs approximately 30 staff members. We are seeking a pharmacist for a permanent position at Seinäjoki Central Hospital's hospital pharmacy. The selected pharmacist will participate in a rotation of duties. Primary tasks include preparing chemotherapy doses, pharmaceutical compounding, medication delivery, and medication information services for hospital pharmacy customers. The pharmacist may also work in other pharmaceutical roles within the hospital pharmacy. Experience in a hospital pharmacy is considered an advantage. We offer interesting and diverse tasks along with support from a professional team. The work is daytime work on weekdays. The qualification requirement for the position is a licensed pharmacist (Act 559/94). The terms of employment and salary are determined according to the applicable SOTE agreement. The working hours are on average a general working time (38 hours and 15 minutes per week). The starting salary for a pharmacist is €3,433.75 per month. In addition, experience-based pay is provided based on pharmaceutical work experience. The employment relationship will include a trial period. A certificate of health status must be presented before starting the position. The selected candidate may be required to undergo a drug test. HYVAEP is a smoke-free workplace. The position requires vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act §48. The employment is expected to start during autumn 2026, according to agreement.
