As a Property Manager, you are responsible for the administration, finances, and preparation of decisions for housing companies, ensuring that the daily operations of the companies run as planned. Your work includes, for example, budgeting, financial monitoring, supporting board work, organizing meetings, and coordinating various repair and maintenance projects. Additionally, you are an important contact person for shareholders, residents, and board members. The work combines financial expertise, organizational ability, and working with people. A background in accounting for housing companies or the ability to interpret an income statement, balance sheet, and reverse financing calculation provides good prerequisites for the task, as a significant part of the work relates to the financial management of housing companies. At the same time, the work is very customer service-oriented, as different people are encountered daily and questions related to their housing are solved. What we expect from you: - experience in property management or the administration of housing companies - understanding of the finances and financial reporting of housing companies - understanding of the nature of the property management industry - customer-oriented attitude - good interaction skills - independent and responsible work approach - ability to handle pressure and perseverance - good IT skills and interest in digital tools - possibility to use your own car - IAT qualification is considered an advantage. Additional information: The working area is mainly located in Riihimäki, Hyvinkää, and Läyliäi. The office where you work can be located in either Riihimäki or Hyvinkää, depending on your own situation and wishes. Movement between sites is as needed, so the use of your own car is practically essential. Busiest periods are balanced by a flexible balance bank system. During the spring, balances often accumulate significantly, and they can be used as time off later, for example, during the summer or autumn.
