Home Care Worker for Pirkanmaa - Rekry Group Oy

We are looking for a part-time home care worker for our local client company in the Pirkanmaa area, including Nokian, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi, and Tampere. In this role, you will help clients in their daily lives and work in a way that your contribution directly impacts their well-being. The job is well-suited for students or individuals seeking flexible part-time work involving people. The work mainly involves cleaning in clients' homes, but may also include other daily assistance tasks such as shopping, errands, or light support tasks. You will work independently at different locations during the day, so initiative and good organizational skills are beneficial. Proficiency in Finnish is essential, as is owning a car, since you will travel between different client sites during the workday. Previous experience in cleaning or home care is an advantage, but the most important qualities are careful work, responsibility, and a customer-oriented attitude. You will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced colleagues. The work is primarily daytime work between 9:00 and 17:00. Initially, hours will be modest, but there is potential to increase working hours over time according to your preferences. Salary is based on the property services sector collective agreement, considering your experience and skills. Mileage allowance is paid for using your own car. The work can start as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
