Post-press Operator for Print Production - Talent ValtaGroup - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a skilled and motivated post-press operator for our client in Pirkkala. In this role, you will work on finishing various printed products and be part of a professional and relaxed team. The position offers the opportunity to see your work in the finished products and enjoy technical craftsmanship. Your tasks include post-press processing and finishing of printed materials using different production machines. You will engage in practical work where quality and precision are key. We expect from you willingness to learn post-press processing of printed materials, courage and enthusiasm to work with various machines, understanding of image processing and color management, visual eye and desire to produce high-quality results, accurate and proactive work attitude. Additionally, we hope you are personality-wise careful and precise even under pressure, energetic and self-initiating, a team player who gets along with different people, eager to learn and ready to take on new work stages, practical and solution-oriented, skilled with handcrafts. We offer you day shifts with weekends off, a relaxed yet professional work environment, a diverse and responsible job role, starting salary slightly above the collective agreement, considering your experience, an initial 6-month temporary employment, with the possibility of permanent employment afterward.
