We are seeking a special needs supervisor for a permanent position at Nuotta Youth Home in Vantaa, focusing on demanding institutional care. The work involves working in three shifts, mainly evenings, mornings, and weekends. The team includes practical nurses, youth and leisure activity instructors, nurses, social workers, and community pedagogues. The role involves supporting and encouraging children and young people in daily challenges, conducting rehabilitative work, and participating in their care and upbringing assessments. The work is done in close cooperation with guardians, the local network, educational authorities, and social services.
