Job Description
At atNorth, a leading Nordic data center company, the Information Security Manager will establish, lead, and enforce atNorth’s information security strategy and governance. The role involves acting as the senior authority on information security, driving organizational accountability, and ensuring policies and controls are followed across all business units. Responsibilities include defining security strategies aligned with business goals, managing compliance programs like SOC 2 Type II, NIS2, and ISO/IEC 27001, establishing governance structures, managing risks, leading incident response, and developing the security team. The ideal candidate has proven ability to drive organizational change, strong leadership, deep expertise in ISMS and security governance, and fluency in English. The role is based in multiple locations including Reykjavik, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Espoo.
