Job Description
Your task is to act as the supervisor of the unit's staff and lead the unit's operations effectively, efficiently, and economically to achieve the strategic goals of the Police University College. Your responsibilities also include developing and renewing the skills of the unit's staff and maintaining contact with the Police Administration, police units, and other authorities and stakeholders. If necessary, you will also participate in teaching, expert, and RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) tasks. The Student Services Unit is responsible for, among other things, student recruitment and selection processes at the Police University College, development of higher education pedagogy and pedagogical skills, procurement of personal equipment for students, organization of academic advising and student support, matters related to study rights and student discipline, study administration and timetable planning, as well as maintaining and developing the library and information services. The unit also participates in research, development, and innovation activities of the Police University College. This position is located within the Student Services Unit of the Education and Research division of the Police University College, which includes teaching and learning services, admissions and student well-being services, as well as library and information services.
