Salesforce/Agentforce Developer (Software Engineering, MTS) - Salesforce - Remote - Global

DET IT is looking for a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our Salesforce Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions with growing emphasis on Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development across core clouds, along with working knowledge of Agentforce (AI-driven automation), prompt templates, and Data Cloud configurations. This role will contribute to building scalable solutions, improving user experience, and enabling intelligent automation across business processes. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; building and customizing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and standard platform features; configuring and supporting Agentforce capabilities; working with Data Cloud components; developing and maintaining integrations; collaborating with product managers and engineers; supporting data migrations; participating in testing, deployment, and support activities; following coding standards and best practices; troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
