Job Description

We are now looking for a Forwarding Specialist to join our organization in Vantaa, Hakkila. Join a team where you will work at the heart of factory outbound logistics and collaborate closely with production and transport partners. You will be a key part of the factory and global sales network. The role is full-time and fixed-term, lasting 1 year. Your tasks include leading and coordinating daily outbound logistics operations, preparing and verifying transportation documentation, comparing transport options and selecting the most suitable solutions, placing transport orders with freight forwarders, monitoring deliveries, collaborating with sales, and handling customer service requests.
