Job tasks include increasing sales through display design and implementation, developing and implementing new sales promotion ideas in collaboration with store management, responsible for the store's visual appearance and guiding staff in creating current displays and maintaining visual standards, implementing window displays and campaigns, customer service and sales work, merchandise handling, and collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment. Requirements include secondary education and theoretical training in visual merchandising, display design, or similar, several years of experience in visual merchandising or store management in retail, knowledge of fashion and lifestyle products, along with imagination and originality, ability to take responsibility for one's work, flexibility, and independence, teamwork skills, and proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
