Cheerful Salesperson (30h/week) K-Market Amerinkulma - Kesko Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

I am looking for a cheerful salesperson for a permanent employment relationship and all shifts to make the best K-Market in Finland at Amerinkulma, Helsinki Käpylä. In Käpylä's Amerinkulma, we aim for the customer to always leave the store in a better mood than they arrived. We have fun at work, and this is contagious to customers. With good teamwork, we make the customers' shopping trip as easy as possible. Store sales are increased by listening to customers' needs. We want to succeed in what we do. Our business idea is summarized as "Easily for a Good Mood". We like to try new things and develop the store according to customers' wishes. The store has good local services, such as versatile parcel services, Veikkaus, ResQ, and Wolt. We are active on social media; you should check out the store's vibe on TikTok @kauppiasmasse and IG @kmarketameri. You will get to do a versatile range of all store tasks and shifts and develop in your work. Our goal is that everyone knows at least a little bit of everything. We also hope for initiatives from you to develop the store. As a salesperson, your duties include customer service at the checkout, running parcel services, advising customers, building displays, ensuring shelf availability and store condition, tasks related to opening and closing the store, and other store work. We hope for: - Readiness to work during all store opening hours (including weekday mornings) - An especially cheerful and open customer service attitude - Good teamwork skills - A proactive and flexible attitude as well as stress tolerance - Desire and will to develop - Thoroughness in tasks that require it - Finnish language skills and at least 18 years of age Work experience from a grocery store is a prerequisite so that you know what you are getting into.
