Job Description

The unit provides 24/7 enhanced supported housing for 21 adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder, and communal housing for 5 people. The focus is on community and Green Care, with activities emphasizing sociality and nature. The role involves recognizing individual needs, ensuring quality care, including basic care, medication, and rehabilitative care, and supporting clients physically in daily activities. The candidate must have a practical nurse qualification, registration with the Finnish National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, and be prepared for three-shift work. Finnish language skills and vaccination against infectious diseases are required. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace. The team includes practical nurses, nurses, special instructors, and a unit manager committed to supporting development and a safe, respectful work environment.
