Principal, Account SE - IT/ITES - Salesforce - Remote - Global

We are seeking a visionary Principal Solution Engineer to join our IT/ITES vertical. In this high-impact role, you won’t just demonstrate software; you will act as a strategic architect of digital transformation for some of the world’s most innovative companies. As a trusted technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for leading high-stakes engagements within the Technology and IT/ITES sectors, articulating the profound business value of our platform, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and mentorship within the SE team. Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, solution design workshops, responding to RFPs, designing proof-of-concept solutions, serving as industry expert, mentoring team members, engaging stakeholders, providing product feedback, constructing business cases, and contributing to industry thought leadership. Qualifications include 15+ years of experience in solution engineering or related fields, broad understanding of cloud computing, CRM, SFA, marketing, mobile solutions, strong pre-sales or implementation focus, excellent presentation skills, and a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Preferred experience includes industry-specific knowledge, Salesforce exposure, and certifications like Salesforce CTA or AWS Solutions Architect.
