Construction Site Supervisor - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for Construction Site Supervisors for our client company for projects lasting at least 1-2 years. The work sites are located in the Pirkanmaa region. The salary is based on the Infra sector collective agreement. The recruitment is directly for the client's own personnel. The work will start according to the agreement as soon as suitable candidates are found. Candidates must have: Previous experience in the Infra sector and supervisory tasks, Education in the field, such as Civil Engineer, Infra Engineer, or Construction Foreman, Valid Safety Card and Tieturva 1 Card, with additional training considered an advantage, Solution-oriented approach and strong teamwork skills, Strong skills in organization, supervision, and scheduling. The role involves daily management of the bridge construction site, ensuring smooth progress of work, and directing personnel and subcontractors. You will prepare work phase and schedule plans, coordinate resources and materials, and ensure work quality and documentation according to requirements. Interested?
