We are currently looking for: Restoration and renovation professional (carpenter skilled) Location: Vantaa Work area: Uusimaa Employment type: Permanent Start: As soon as possible according to agreement Other: B-driver's license, transportation to sites is with company van Job description: We are seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in damage restoration, demolition work, and related specialized phases. The work is practical and mainly takes place in inhabited apartments, so customer service skills, cleanliness, and attentiveness are essential for success. Your main tasks will include: Demolition work at damage restoration sites and reconstruction and renovation tasks requiring carpentry skills, Partitioning, creating negative pressure, and dust control, Disassembly, protection, and reinstallation of furniture as needed, Post-damage repair (JVT) and related on-call duties, Customer work in damage situations requiring quick action, problem-solving, and empathy. We expect from you: Experience in renovation, demolition, and preferably drying work, Ability to work independently and responsibly, Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills, Fluent Finnish language skills.
