The position is temporary, starting immediately, lasting until at least September 30, 2026, with potential for extension. The work involves three shifts, with a working time of 80-100% according to your preference. The role is within Sospro Kankaantaka, which includes four specialized residential units for children aged 12-17 needing support for behavioral and psychiatric challenges. Your tasks include acting as a reliable mentor and responsible adult for a young person, utilizing your expertise within the team, collaborating with parents, schools, and other networks, and actively participating in quality reporting and development of care work.
