Job Description
The University of Oulu is seeking an Educational Program Designer for a permanent position in the Faculty of Education and Psychology, AIKO unit, focusing on developing work-life skills. The role involves designing, coordinating, marketing, selling, implementing, and reporting on educational solutions, participating in national and international projects, developing online pedagogical solutions, and producing sales-oriented content. The candidate should have a relevant higher education degree, experience in training design and project management, excellent collaboration skills, entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and fluency in Finnish and English.
