Work Manager We are seeking a Work Manager with industrial experience for the electrical installation sector for our client. What is the role? We are looking for a Work Manager for our client who is hands-on and adaptable to changing conditions. The employee will be recruited directly to the client's payroll. The work begins once a suitable person is found and is for an indefinite period. The duties include coordinating the entire workforce palette. The person ensures the optimal use of resources in electrical installation businesses by coordinating resources through foremen. Simultaneously, they act as the supervisor and contractual support for the foremen, hold weekly meetings, and report on project finances. The work involves continuous resource planning and scheduling, requiring flexible computer use. The duties may also include acting as a salesperson and acquiring new customers, so sales experience and a sales-oriented mindset are considered an advantage. The role involves traveling as needed to job sites located abroad, but trips are infrequent and only according to the project's support needs. Industrial experience is required, and experience in the sawmill industry is also considered an advantage.
