Job Description
The City of Ylivieska is seeking a full-time mother tongue teacher for Kaisaniemi School on a fixed-term basis from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028. The fixed-term is due to ongoing school network restructuring. Qualifications are based on the decree 986/1998 on the qualifications of education personnel. Employment terms and salary are determined according to OVTES. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract (Act 504/2002 on the background check of persons working with children) within 30 days of receiving the employment decision.
