Job Description

Handling attendance anomalies, verifying last month's attendance at the beginning of the month, managing outsourced employee attendance, summarizing blue-collar leave days, printing and signing attendance, scheduling for the next month and signing, then submitting to HR; summarizing work hours for each process; verifying and summarizing abnormal downtime of equipment monthly; recording and summarizing PWCC liquid nitrogen usage from 25th to 31st each month; reimbursing new employee onboarding training and medical check-up costs; processing employee regularization (for both regular and outsourced employees); purchasing and reimbursing gas (sending invoices to HSE); requesting and processing mold purchases (via PR or PO based on process department email); purchasing and tracking delivery of consumables in the workshop; collecting and submitting inspection forms (e.g., exhaust gases,吊索具) to HSE at the beginning of each month; updating process boards (COPQ, weekly plan arrangements, etc.); signing in and recording at weekly safety and quality meetings every Monday; distributing and summarizing safety supplies at the beginning of each month and submitting to HSE for next month’s needs; quarterly star recommendation list; updating employee matrix (quarterly unless special circumstances); handling workshop employee issues (e.g., resetting WD account passwords, opening stock accounts, attendance issues); Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
